Serenity Mobile Massage LLC:

Appointments & Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the full price of the massage being charged to the card on file.

Arrival Time (Studio Appointments)

Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure enough time to fill out any necessary paperwork and prepare for their session. If you arrive late, the session may still need to end at the scheduled time, and the full price of the massage will be charged.

Setup & Preparation (Mobile Appointments)

For mobile appointments, we require a clean, safe, and quiet space to set up our equipment. Please ensure that pets are secured and distractions are minimized. Our therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up, and this setup time will not cut into your session. The full time booked will be dedicated to your massage.

Travel & Parking

Additional travel costs apply for every mile beyond the initial 10 miles from the center of North Andover. This is charged at a rate of $5 per mile. Any parking costs incurred are also the responsibility of the client.

Gratuities & Fees

Our prices do not include gratuities. However, for excellent service, a gratuity is always appreciated, typically calculated as 20% off the pre-discount price.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash, major credit cards, venmo, cashapp, apple pay, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of booking or before the start of the session. Gratuity can also be included in your card payment or provided in cash.

No Refund Policy

All sales and purchases are non-refundable and final.

Inclement Weather

In case of severe weather conditions or a declared state of emergency, we may cancel or reschedule appointments, typically 3 hours in advance, at the discretion of the therapist.

Conduct During Massage

We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Should this occur, the massage will end immediately, no refund will be provided, and legal action may be initiated. In the case of a couples massage or when another person is present, only the professional therapist should touch the client; violation of this will result in immediate termination of the massage without a refund.

Health Concerns

If you’re feeling unwell, we recommend postponing your massage. Rescheduling due to illness still requires 24 hours’ notice.

Sanitation & Hygiene

Our therapists follow strict sanitation procedures. We ensure that linens, towels, and equipment are properly sanitized between clients. Clients are also expected to maintain personal hygiene before receiving a massage. If sanitation standards are not met, the therapist reserves the right to refuse service.

Service Rights

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.

Client Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal and health information shared with Serenity Mobile Massage llc will be kept confidential and only used to provide appropriate care. Your information will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.

Alcohol & Substance Use

Please refrain from consuming alcohol before your session. 

Pet Policies (Mobile Appointments)

If you have pets at home, please ensure to tell them about your massage during your mobile appointment. While we love animals, it’s important to create a calm, distraction-free environment for your massage. Any disruptions could affect the quality of your service.

Gift Certificates & Promotions

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable. They may only be used for services and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
